Fiquei comovida, enquanto eles faziam uma bênção silenciosa sobre mim no balcão do teatro. O gesto do leque de oração da águia sagrada movendo-se suavemente acima de mim abriu o portão em uma torrente de esperanças inocentes da infância ... esperanças de que os humanos, no fundo, sejam bons ... que estivéssemos caminhando em direção á luz ... e de que a jornada que eu estava fazendo estava em harmonia gentil e pacífica com meus próprios ancestrais. A experiência foi honrosa.
Eu finalmente consegui conhecê-la em minha visita ao #SIAEagleSanctuary. Essa é ela. Ela é meio boba. Me faz sorrir."

They were dressed in their nation's indigenous clothing. I told them how aspects of their dress reminded me of my family's own native clothing (Dalmatia).
They had only that week received a mating pair of eagles from my family's region' the first pair in the Americas. It was a strange moment of synchronicity & the men asked if I would share my name with the female eagle.
I was moved to tears as they sang a quiet blessing over me in the balcony of the theatre. The gesture of the sacred eagle prayer fan gently moving above me burst open the gate on a flood of innocent childhood hopes... hopes that humans at core are good... that we were walking toward light.. and that the journey I was making was in gentle/peaceful harmony with my own ancestors. The experience was humbling.
I finally got to meet her on my visit to #SIAEagleSanctuary. This is her. She's kinda goofy. Makes me smile."
